Lift is a user-focused organisation that works with homeless and disadvantaged people in London and beyond, with the aim of empowering them to improve their lives and realise their potential. We have recently received funding for a four year programme to create and test a place-based approach to tackling homelessness and deprivation in Harlesden.
Today we are issuing an invitation to tender for an ‘evaluation plus’ for the programme, known as Harlesden Working Together (HWT). We are looking for evaluation partners who share Lift’s commitment to co-production, can support the programme throughout the four years and will adopt a ‘smart’ approach that favours evaluation tools integrated within service delivery mechanisms.
