Graphic Designer Needed

Who are we?

Harlesden is a vibrant area in North West London which is currently witnessing lots of development - such as the proposed Old Oak Common development. It’s looking more likely that smaller scale developments could happen within Harlesden too. That’s why we – a group of local residents, community organisations and businesses - have set up Harlesden Neighbourhood Forum and are in the process of developing a Neighbourhood Plan. Having a forum and a plan allows the community to influence local planning policy, giving all of us who live and work within the neighbourhood plan area a chance to have our say in what Harlesden looks and feels like.

What do we need?

Harlesden Neighbourhood Forum is now looking to develop a distinct and recognisable identity. We have a budget of £850 to pay a graphic designer to create a logo, leaflet, and poster to help promote the work of the Forum more widely within the community. The graphic designer will be heavily involved in the creative process, attend initial brainstorming meetings and work with Harlesden Neighbourhood Forum’s members to produce a selection of ideas.

Interested?

Applicants should send a link of their portfolio as well as a brief description on how they plan to produce the work within the allotted budget to [email protected] by 19th October 2015.
