East European Peer Navigator Case Studies

The East European Peer Navigators are currently in placement and supporting clients at The Passage, West London Churches Homeless Concern, The Upper Room and the East European Advice Centre. After a period of shadowing staff, the Peer Navigators are now working more independently and working closely with clients to make progress in building a life away from the streets. Are you Homeless?

If you are homeless or at risk of homelessness and are deemed to be non priority, we may be able to support you in looking for accommodation in the private rented sector through our PRS Service..

If you know someone who is sleeping rough for the first time, you can contact No Second Night Out on 0870 383 3333. This service aims to provide a rapid response to new rough sleepers, to ensure that they do not have to sleep out for a second night.
