Harlesden Neighbourhood Forum needs to reflect on a range of issues to ensure that we create a robust neighbourhood plan. We believe that the local community should be able to make informed choices and Harlesden’s future should be shaped by its local community.

That’s why it is important that any decisions that are made involve the opinions of the local community whilst recognising wider strategic plans e.g. Borough Plans. We would like to invite you to Harlesden Neighbourhood Forum’s General Meeting to give your views relating to 6 key themes for the neighbourhood plan:

housing
local economy
transport
open space, environment, & heritage
community facilities
use of land
