Our resource room has 11 computers from which clients can access the internet for free to search and apply for work, to practice their IT skills through an online training programme or to make use of our Work and Learning job search facility. Telephones are also available for calls related to employment, benefits or housing. An adviser is always on hand during these hours to support clients with queries and activities.
The resource room is a safe and motivating environment which encourages peer support. It does tend to get busy so we encourage clients to use this service alongside appointments to ensure they recieve a good level of support and advice.
